Kyle Kesterson · Principal Builder & Educator
Hi, I'm Kyle
I work where product design, technology, and the way a company operates meet. At Demystified, I help leadership teams understand an AI opportunity, then build the system with the people who will use it.

"Kyle brings an artist's eye and a technologist's vision to any project. Working with him on a key marketing initiative for Winnebago was frictionless, fun, inspiring and hugely successful for the company."
I co-invented the Pop! line at Funko.
I built #1 Apple apps with 11 million users, and the first markerless motion capture and speak-to-animate apps to run from a phone.
Consumer software for Microsoft Kinect, IBM Watson and Amazon Alexa, back when AI meant yelling at a voice that misheard you.
I have taught over a thousand creative professionals how to use AI without needing to be software engineers.
I like finding the workaround that has become somebody's job. The copied spreadsheet. The report that takes longer to prepare than to discuss. Following that work tells us where a system could help and what it needs to get right.
I handle discovery, building, and deployment. We test with the people who do the work. If a project needs specialist support, we agree who is involved and what they own.
The person doing the work usually knows where it gets weird. I want them in the conversation.
"Kyle is the most organized, detail oriented, laser-vision-on-huge-scale-projects person I have ever met... he provides invaluable assets of prioritizing, organization and driving the tasks... I'd clone him in a second if it was moral and legal!"
that's slowing the team down.In a 30-minute call, we'll walk through a recent example and decide what to explore next. If the economics or access don't support a build, I'll say so.
