When you visit
Netlify hosts this site and processes technical request data needed to deliver and protect it, such as an IP address, browser information, and requested URL. We use first-party analytics to understand visits, referral websites, campaign tags, device and browser categories, country, pages read, and clicks toward booking, email, and Build Lab. A private hash of request information changes daily to estimate visitor counts; raw IP addresses and full browser identifiers are not stored in analytics. We do not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies, session recordings, or collect form contents in analytics. Fonts and artwork load from this site.
Your analytics choice
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals turn analytics off. You can also turn analytics off below; that choice is stored only in this browser. No cross-site identifier is used. Private client pages are excluded. Event details are kept for 30 days and removed by a daily cleanup; daily aggregate reports are kept for 400 days. Only Kyle can access the password-protected dashboard. Signing in to that dashboard uses an essential, secure session cookie that expires after 12 hours.
When you book or email
The booking service runs on OpenSlot and uses Google Calendar to arrange your meeting and send the invitation. Zoom provides the meeting link. Email is handled through Google. Your name, email address, scheduling details, and any notes you provide are used to respond, prepare for the conversation, and discuss possible work. Please leave confidential client material out of an initial inquiry.
Other services and client pages
Build Lab links to Skool. Following an external link sends you to that service, where its privacy terms apply. The public site does not embed the scheduler or community. Existing private client pages may remember an unlock within the current browser session so you do not need to enter it again in that tab.
Keeping and deleting information
Inquiry messages and booking details are held in the email and calendar services used to manage them. How long they are needed depends on the conversation, any client work that follows, and business record requirements. Contact Kyle to ask what information is held, request a correction or deletion, or discuss retention. Some records may need to be kept to meet contractual or legal obligations.
