Experience House's members are founders and CEOs, and they show up with an hour and a business to run. When I took on the AI Stream, I planned every session around one question: what can each of them walk away with that's working in their company by next week?
The client
Experience House, Inc. runs the Experience House Mastermind, a high-ticket membership program for 65 CEOs. In 2026 they added an AI Stream to it, 22 live sessions across the year, and brought me in as AI Stream Lead in January.
What they were up against
The members wanted to go from curious about AI to running agents and systems in their own companies, and they don't have much patience for theory. The stream also had to hold together over a year of sessions with people arriving at different levels. And like any program this size, there's a lot of recurring work for the team running it behind the scenes.
How we set it up
We built the whole stream on Claude. Members build their agents in Claude Code and set up their day to day systems in Claude Cowork, with the Claude API behind the builds. Sticking with one tool means each session picks up where the last one left off, and people don't have to start over when we move to something new.
In the first half of the year I hosted every AI Stream session and taught six of them. For the second half, Experience House and I co-facilitate. I own the session content and the build path, and between sessions I run a WhatsApp feed of three posts a week with ideas to try and what people in the group have built. I'm also running up to 30 funded one-on-one build sessions with members.
What members build
In a one-on-one, a CEO brings the task that eats their week and we build the agent or system to take it on together, in the session. They leave with it running in their own account, and they know enough to keep changing it themselves.
The program runs on Claude too
I also built Experience House an internal operations engine on Claude, with scheduled workflows and custom skills that handle the team's recurring work. So the team teaching members to hand work to Claude is doing the same with their own. When a member asks what that's like day to day, we can show them how the program runs.
What's next
The second half of 2026 is under way, and the co-facilitated sessions and one-on-ones run through the end of the year. The operations engine keeps picking up more of the team's recurring work as we hand it over.
